Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or accessories back into their original Dune London box and secure them within a protective outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid returns label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
